Pumla Ncapayi

Pumla Ncapayi is the current CEO of the FSTC, an entity that is empowered to advance transformational imperatives within the financial services sector. Prior to her current position she has served in numerous positions as a Senior Executive with over 22 years of progressive experience in the public sector within the Economic Cluster with extensive experience in policy   development   and   implementation, business development, administration, governance, and strategy. At the nexus of Ms Ncapayi’s experience are her enormous contributions within critical departments in government spheres spearheading initiatives of import geared towards realising South Africa ‘s developmental objectives, i.e . within the dtic, Kwazulu Natal Economic Development and Gauteng Economic Development where she served as the Head of Department. 

During her tenure in government, she served in numerous Boards including:

•Immigration Board of SA

•World Investment Promotion agencies,(Vice President).

•Export Credit Insurance of South Africa

•Tshwane SEZ
