Rahma Abdirahman Ahmed

Rahma holds a bachelors degree in public health and a certificate in midwifery. She has over six years of experience in the public health sector. She is passionate about reproductive health and is motivated by serving expecting mothers and children below five years of age. Rahma volunteers as a midwife during deliveries and provides immediate postnatal care for the mothers and their newborns. Currently, Rahma is a Nutrition and Wash Officer in German Agro Action. Upon the completion of Mandela Washington Fellowship, she plans to establish a center that advocates for setting policies and environments favorable for both the mother and the child.
