Rebekah Adwoa Awuah

Rebekah Adwoa Awuah is an award-winning journalist with over 10 years’ experience in her field. She is currently Editor, News Anchor, and Host of “Reporter’s Roundtable” on GBC24. Rebekah also leads a youth advocacy group in Accra with over 300 members. Rebekah holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Arts with a Radio/TV/Film/Video Production concentration from the University of Ghana. She graduated with an LLB (Hons.) from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration. She has continued her studies at the Institute of Commercial Management in the UK, Ghana Institute of Journalism, DW Akademie, and Voice of America. Through the Fellowship, Rebekah hopes to gain skills and connections that will accelerate her career trajectories. Rebekah Adwoa Awuah intends to return home with fresh ideas and great leadership skills. Rebekah plans to build a homeless shelter with an educational facility through the Rebekah Awuah Foundation Project.
