Renganayagee Kisten (Rojie)

Renganayagee Kisten (Rojie) spent most of her career within the Old Mutual Group, including Nedcor Bank. Her work experience includes, asset management in both listed and unlisted entities, local and international capital raising for unlisted funds, stakeholder management within South Africa and the rest of Africa, investor relations and managing enterprise development finance.

Renganayagee Kisten (Rojie) currently serves on various boards as an independent non-executive director, including the Cookhouse Renewable Energy Wind Fund (also chairperson of the Cookhouse Community Windfarm Trust), Assupol Holdings (also chairs the social and ethics committee), the Nelson Mandela Bay Metro’s Agency MBDA (Mandela Bay Development Agency) Board, including serving on the audit and risk committee of MBDA, the African Leadership Network and a Trustee of the Imam Abdullah Haroon Trust.
