RUBY BOTCHWAY
RUBY BOTCHWAY holds an Executive Master’s in Business Administration from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA) and a Bachelor of Arts degree (Social Science – Geography and Economics) from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST). She is also an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers. She also holds a Diploma in Customer Relationship Management from the Institute Of Financial Services, United Kingdom.
RUBY BOTCHWAY joined the Agricultural Development Bank (ADB) Limited in 2012 with the responsibility to restructure the Business Support Unit to align it with industry best practice and was appointed the Head of Business Banking in 2015.
Prior to joining ADB Ruby had a distinguished career with Barclays Bank (Ghana) Limited, spanning 20 years, having served as Head of Business Support and also occupied Credit and Corporate Relationship Management roles. She also undertook assignments at Barclays Kenya and Barclays South Africa where she worked closely with managers across Barclays Africa and helped to formulate and drive strategies for handling complex and legacy cases.
