Ruddy Lingela Kielo

Ruddy Lingela Kielo is an entrepreneur with a passion to influence change in his community. With more than nine years’ experience in volunteerism and private sector employment, he is currently the co-founder and managing director of mooV, a communication agency specialized in advertisement, marketing, and publishing. Ruddy Lingela Kielo is also skilled in strategic communication, journalism, and visual art communication. He founded a non-profit, Kitabu with target to help reduce the digital divide in rural areas in Africa by introducing homemade Content Delivery Networks, where he serves as chairman. Ruddy obtained his degree in Computer Science from the Université Protestante de Lubumbashi. Upon completing the Mandela Washington Fellowship, he intends to expand his business throughout African countries to help small and medium enterprises better organize their communication, as well as use knowledge from the fellowship to launch a tech hub to give chance to other African youths to meet their potential.
