Samantha is an admitted attorney of the High Court of South Africa as well as a Certified Information Privacy Manager with the International Association of Privacy Professionals (“IAPP”). Samantha’s legal and regulatory compliance work in the public and private sector over the last 6 years has included managing various regulatory and privacy law projects. Her Privacy expertise stems from completing numerous Privacy and POPI projects ranging from conducting of Privacy gap analyses against international best practice, to full Privacy and POPI implementation in organisations across a range of industries including financial services, telecommunications, retail and media.
