Sampaio Mamba João Francisco
Sampaio Mamba João Francisco has over seven years of experience in education. He worked in a Catholic school teaching Portuguese and History for adult students in the fifth, sixth and seventh grades. Currently, Sampaio Mamba João Francisco is a lawyer training in the Health General Inspectorate, a Department of the Health Ministry of Angola. He works in solving health-related conflicts between people and organizations, and investigates legal procedures. In his community, he also assists students in getting into university. Sampaio is in his final year in Law at the Agostinho Neto University. Upon completion of the Mandela Washington Fellowship, he plans to build education centers in order to help people to learn English, how to read and write, and to train them in the process of university application and on public speaking. He expects to receive his master’s degree in International Relations and be a representative before he is 40 years old.
