Sebulon Nghilifavali David
Sebulon David has over eight years’ experience in various fields in the computing sector and wireless technology. He is currently the founder and executive director of the Tate Institute of Technology, holds a degree in computer science and geology from the University of Namibia, and is a computer scientist working on innovative education and energy technologies. In order to assist early childhood development and adult education for the deaf and under-served communities in rural Namibia, he established Glowdom Educational Foundation which helps local students excel. Upon completion of the Mandela Washington Fellowship, Sebulon Nghilifavali David plans to establish Namibia’s first community college with a focus on creativity and innovation.
