Serge Mian

Serge Mian is Head of Investor Relations at Oragroup. Most of its time is dedicated to strategic projects, fundraising and structured finance.

Serge has an extensive knowledge in M&A, fund raising, business modelling and asset management. Before joining Oragroup, Serge spent 3 years with EY in Côte d’Ivoire where he strongly contributed to the growth of the fund raising and M&A advisory activities in West Africa. Prior to that he worked for JPMorgan Private Bank as Investment Advisor for ultra high net worth families and businesses. Serge started his professional career in 2006 at Deloitte France after a long training experience in USA.

Serge is CFA charterholder and graduated from HEC Paris. He also holds a Masters degree in Statistics and Economics from ENSEA Côte d’Ivoire.
