Shamin A. Sookia is MD of Perigeum Capital Ltd. Shamin A. Sookia was the Head of Listing for the Stock Exchange of Mauritius (SEM) and was actively involved in the strategic shift to internationalize its platform and move up the value chain of listed/traded products. Shamin has been involved in setting up the listing regulatory framework that governs a multitude of products on SEM’s markets and has been instrumental in listing international ventures and raising capital on the SEM.
