Siphamandla Kumkani

Siphamandla Kumkani is currently employed as a Director Credit and Consumer Law and Policy at the National Department of Trade and Industry (the dti). Siphamandla Kumkani holds a B.Juris, LLB Degrees from the University of the Western Cape (UWC) and a Masters Degree in International Trade Law from University of Stellenbosch. Kumkani served as a Trade and Investment Representative for South Africa in Senegal, The Gambia and The Cape Verde betwwen 2009 and 2013.
