Sokofarm, an agribusiness enterprise based in Kisumu,Kenya is dedicated to promoting sustainable agriculture, food security, and climate action. Our primary goal is to address food security challenges by offering sustainable solutions while simultaneously creating employment opportunities for communities. In line with this, our women empowerment initiative provides women with access to labor opportunities and credit from our farm produce. We have been involved majorly in African leafy vegetables (ALVs),locally known as mboga kienyeji. The most common vegetables include; African Nightshade (managu), amaranthus (terere), spider plant (saget) and slender leaf (mitoo).
