Souleymane Ba

Mr Ba is a Partner at Helios Investment Partners, one of the leading Africa focused private equity firms, with more than $3 billion in assets and investments across 30 countries in Africa. Helios deep sector expertise in financial services. Notable investments include Equity Bank, FCMB, Crown Agents Bank and Investment Management, Interswitch, Fawry and Bayport.

Prior to joining Helios, Mr Ba worked at investment banking and private equity firms in the United States, including Morgan Stanley, The Carlyle Group and Warburg Pincus. He has a BA degree in Economics from Wesleyan University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
