Stefan is the CEO and founder of Convergenc3 launched in January 2016. He has more than 18 years of experience in the Financial Services and the Telecommunications industries and has also worked within the Retail, Automotive and Aviation industries.

Convergenc3 is a management consultancy that facilitates growth, transformation and optimisation through business engineering at our clients, with our focus primarily on the banking, insurance and telco industries. What is unique about Convergenc3 is that we wanted to introduce a new, fresh and creative consultancy with an embedded DNA at its core that empowers staff to change the world. Our business model aggressively enables entrepreneurship from our engineering team who are all pro-actively encouraged (and supported) to launch digital start-ups into the market. With a team of over 40 industrial engineers currently in the business supporting local clients, a new branch that is being set up in the Netherlands in addition to South Africa, and 23 start-ups from our engineering team in various phases of maturity (ranging from ideation to MVP launched in the market), the sky is the limit.
