Stephan Kok

Stephan Kok was appointed Chief Supply Chain Officer in October 2017. Prior to that he fulfilled the position of Executive: IT Procurement, Mobile and Partnerships and Transformational Sourcing at Telkom, where he was responsible for improving the commercial, cost, income, risk, compliance and service performance of the supply base across business units. He was also responsible for ensuring delivery from the Shared Service against business unit targets and supplier strategy.

Stephan was also accountable for stakeholder management, establishing the strategic direction for the Procurement Team and providing senior level and specialist commercial input to the negotiations with suppliers and chosen service providers.

Prior to joining Telkom, Stephan held various senior procurement positions with companies such as Cell C, ABSA, Vodacom, Adcock Ingram and Retail Management Group. He was also the Managing Director of Payday Software Systems.
