Stéphanie Aurore Abogne
Stéphanie Aurore Abogne has been a research officer on the staff of the Minister of Industry and Mines in Côte d’Ivoire since 2013. Stéphanie Aurore Abogne works on program design, public policy development, and private-sector development-oriented program design to improve the business climate for investors. She is also co-founder of a small think tank that tries to build a strong youth who are able to participate in current dialogue about economic, political, and social issues. Stéphanie holds a diploma in Evaluation of Public Programs and Policies, where she focused on setting up program-evaluation activities in public organizations. She strongly believes that better public administration can improve the living conditions of populations and ensure proper fulfillment of their needs. Upon completion of the Mandela Washington Fellowship, Stéphanie plans to continue her work in developing the culture of performance and effectiveness within Ivorian public organizations.
