Tailor, With two 2013 SAMA nominations behind her debut album “The Dark Horse” and a 2015 SAMA nomination, South Africa behind her latest album “Light”, Tailor’s journey from dark pop chanteuse to siren-call diva is nothing but a feat of celebratory confidence. Blessed with a voice that can make an instruction manual sound like poetry, she has returned with her second album “Light”: a celebration of growth and love, a woman stepping out of the shadows, boldly moving into the light.

When playing live, Tailor is a force to be reckoned with, her diverse voice will take you through an emotional yet happy journey which will leave you inspired. She is joined by her guitarist and the producer of her lastest album “Light”, Fabian Sing, in her live shows. If Tailor is famous for one thing it would most definitely be her energy as live act.

Tailor has collaborated with the likes of; the legendary songwriter and former lead singer of multi-platinum rock band Live, Ed Kowalczyk, on his song called “Angels on a Razor” from his album “The Flood and The Mercy”, as well as, Locnville, Nakhane Toure, The Muffinz,Yoav to name a few, she has also shared the stage with KONGOS, Locnville, Matthew Mole, Cat Power, Goldfish, Yoav, Johnny Clegg, Prime Circle and many more.

Her song “Shaped like a Gun” from her critically acclaimed album “The Dark Horse” also featured on US TV hit show “So You Think You Can Dance”, in July 2015. Travis Wall used the song in one of his contemporary routines.

Signed to Indie Label Just Music who work with International artists such as Adele, Katie Melua, Cat Power, KONGOS, Artic Monkeys & Skunk Anansie, Tailor has has had a good foundation in order to build her empire.
