Talita Jacobs, I have over 13 years industry experience and have gained this experience through working as a consultant and senior manager at Absa Consultants and Actuaries and Deloitte’s Actuarial and Analytics Solutions team. I consult to medical schemes, pension funds, employers on employee benefits and I’ve acted as technical evaluator in procurement projects. Talita Jacobs,I recently developed and implemented global strategic workforce models to broaden my knowledge on Human Capital Analytics with a specific focus on everchanging workforce demand and supply. I’m currently acting as Consulting Actuary in the Momentum Consultants and Actuaries team and I’ve developed Smart Insights tools to enable clients to understand member behaviour and effectively apply strategic decisions to obtain optimal outcomes.
