Tatiana Mbang Nsue Asangono
Tatiana Mbang Nsue Asangono has over six years of experience in the oil and gas industry. She currently works as the Executive Secretary to the Managing Director of Equatorial Guinea LNG Operations, S.A. (EG LNG). Tatiana also owns a wholesale company and a cold store which supply basic needs products to retail stores in marginalized, rural communities of Ebebiyin and across the borders to Bitam in Gabon and Ambam in Cameroon. She is a member of EG LNG Children’s Christmas Party Organizing Committee, which is in charge of organizing parties and arranging donations every Christmas for children at a local orphanage. She helps promote women’s empowerment by collaborating with Imege, an NGO founded by a 2016 Mandela Washington Fellow aiming at bringing education to all women and children of Equatorial Guinea. She created ‘Viudas Alegres’, a Facebook group exclusively for women, that promotes discussions on problems that affect women in her society while seeking for the best solution among all.Tatiana is just venturing into agriculture. As a business woman, Tatiana Mbang Nsue Asangono believes she can venture into different businesses and link them together to have something in common. She hopes that her experience at the Mandela Washington Fellowship(Africa) and Oklahoma State University, as well as the networking with other fellows in agricultural business, will enlighten her and strengthen her knowledge as she embarks on this venture.
