Temitope Lawani

Temitope Lawani was appointed as Non-Executive Director on 16 March 2018, prior to which he has been, from 2011, a supervisory board member of Vivo Energy Holding, formerly the holding company of the Group. Temitope is the managing partner & co-founder of Helios Investment Partners LLP. He has over 23 years of principal investment experience including as principal of TPG Capital (in San Francisco and London) where his responsibilities included managing the execution of over US$10 billion worth of closed venture capital and leveraged buyout investments, as well as holding positions in the mergers & acquisitions and corporate development departments at the Walt Disney Company. Temitope is based in London and holds a BSc in chemical engineering from Massachusetts Institute of Technology, a JD (cum laude) from Harvard Law School and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
