Thelma Ngcobo is a management consultant with a wealth Of in depth experience in human resources, advocacy work, transformation and marketing research gained in large corporations as a member of the senior executive team over three decades. She worked at a wide variety of companies and became the first Black female General Manager in 72 years at the South African Reserve Bank. She serves on board committees at a number of institutions for Human Resources and Remuneration, Social and Ethics, as well as Risk where her skills and experience contribute to strengthening these boards.
