Theophilus Dorgbetor

Theophilus Dorgbetor is currently the General Manager for Risk. He was previously the General Manager for Finance and Strategy. Mr. Dorgbetor joined NIB in 1993 and has served in various departments and capacities including Executive Head of Finance and Planning; Head, Loan Management Department; Senior Manager in charge of Final Accounts; Branch Control, Treasury and Officer responsible for Bank of Ghana Prudential Returns.

Prior to joining NIB, Theophilus Dorgbetor worked with National Mobilization Programme as a Programme Officer and Auditor (1991-1992) and Christork Industries Ltd. as Accounts Manager at Takoradi (1992-1993). He is currently a member of the Board of Directors of Nestle Ghana Limited.

He is an Accountant by profession and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants (ICA), Ghana. He graduated from the University of Ghana Business School with a BSc. degree in Administration (Accounting option) in 1991 and a Masters degree in Business Administration (1998) from the same University.
