Thinus (M J) Prinsloo

Thinus Prinsloo joined Cavmont Bank Board on 5th of November 2012 as a non Executive Director. Mr. Prinsloo graduated from the University of the Free State (South Africa) with a B. Compt (Hons) in 1992 and then went on to qualify as a Chartered Accountant in 1996. He has worked for a number of well-known companies including PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) in Johannesburg and London, and for IBM South Africa. In 2006, he joined Absa where he held various positions, including most recently as Chief Operating Officer of the Retail Bank. He also currently holds the position of Executive Director at Capricorn Investment Holdings (CIH).
