Timothy Murungi

Timonthy Murungi is currently a Director of Centum Investment at Centum Real Estate. He has over 20 years post-graduation work experience in quantity surveying / commercial management from the United Kingdom and Middle East. Timothy is responsible for the development and commercialization of the Group’s real estate strategy. Prior to joining Centum, he was Director of Infrastructure and MEP at DAMAC Properties; Senior Consultant for EC Harris International for commercial delivery of Al Raha Beach Abu Dhabi 520H and a Senior Quantity Surveyor for Ove Arup and Partners. He holds a BSc. (Hons) Quantity Surveying, Sheffield Hallam University (UK).
