Tryphosa Ramano

Tryphosa Ramano

Tryphosa Ramano, I have been the Chief Financial Officer of PPC Limited since August 2011. Before this I was the CFO of WIPHOLD, joining them in 2006. Prior to that I worked at SAA as CFO. I’ve held numerous executive and non-executive positions throughout my career including President of African Women Chartered Accountants and Portfolio Manager and Head of the Institute of Excellence at RMB Asset Management. I headed the Asset and Liability Division of the National Treasury where my focus was on the restructuring of state-owned assets, ensuring legislative compliance by public entities and monitoring contingent liabilities of Government. Tryphosa Ramano, I was instrumental in the listing of Telkom on the JSE and NYSE and enforcing the payment of R10 billion in dividends by public entities to Government.

Despite additional Non-Executive Directorship roles, I have found time to pursue transformation in the financial services sector through her leadership of the African Woman Chartered Accountants (AWCA) society and the establishment of the Institute of Investment Excellence.
