Tshepiso Chocho

Tshepiso Chocho has a Bachelors of Arts in Industrial Psychology and Psychology from the University of Johannesburg (2001), a Honours in Industrial Psychology from the University of South Africa  (2016) and is an Executive Manager for People Management.

Tshepiso Chocho joined Sasria SOC Ltd in South Africa in May 2015 as a Human Capital Generalist and was promoted to Acting Executive Manager: People Management in 2018. She was appointed to the role of Executive Manager in February 2019. Her combination of academic achievements and 17 years working experience in the finance sector, 11 of which were spent in the Human Resource field in well- established financial institutions, makes her a valuable contributor and leader of her division. She believes in continuous growth and is currently completing a Management Development Programme at Gordon Institute of Business Science (GIBS).
