She is a Certified Individual Staffing Professional with certification number ISPR:PB00969 (APSO). She is a self funded Entrepreneur who took a step of faith and resigned from a ten years permanent Government job to pursue business full time. She is equipped with both private and public sector work experience. She is a Managing Director and Owner of Spotless PTY (LTD), B-BBEE level 1.
She is currently busy furthering her studies in BA Citizen Leadership and Politics trough University of South Africa with the aim and plan of acquiring her PhD by 2028 .She holds the following qualifications,

She started to venture into formal business as Recruitment and Training Franchise owner 2019 until 2021 where she ventured into her own company called Spotless PTY (LTD).
As a self-funded start-up entrepreneur, she started her company which is about empowering and developing disadvantaged and vulnerable marginalised groups which are Women and Youth .She ensures that they are paid fair and minimum wage as stipulated by the Department of Labour.
She negotiates fair wage from her clients to ensure that they adhere and comply with Labour laws and also making sure women placed and youth are working in a safe and protected environment that comply with Basic Conditions of Employment Act, Labour relations Act. She facilitates a contract signing that stipulates working hours, leaves, benefits and protection of both parties the employee and employer and also ensures that clients register their Domestic Workers, Cleaners and Nannies for UIF and other extra benefits.
She was working for Government as HRM Senior Administrator for ten years and decided to take a step of faith and resigned to pursue her dream of Entrepreneurship while making change and impact in people’s lives, a decision that costed her a lot financially and personally and had dire consequences of losing money invested in a business but that didn’t deter her from her dream of being an Entrepreneur that is making a difference she managed to rise from ashes and continued with business and started Spotless which is a vehicle that she uses to make a difference in her community.
She empowers and trains Domestic Workers, Cleaners, Nannies and Childminders with Basic Hygiene, Laundry Care and Housekeeping where they receive NQF Level 1,2 and 3 certificates after training and are ready to be placed in 21st Century clients homes. She ensures that they are holistically developed and empowerd.
She recently added Basic Digital Skills as part of their training in order for them to be equipped for drastic changes that are happening globally in terms of technology and 4IR.
Year 2003 she was a volunteer in a boys’ shelter at Port Elizabeth where she assisted children with home works after school and life skills development.
From 2004 to 2005, she was working as Sales Consultant for Academy for Mathematics and Science, a National company that was working with schools to empower children with Mathematics and Science. She was awarded a medal and award for being a top three Sales Consultant Nationally for three consecutive years.
Year 2019, she did an in-service training in HRM, Finance and Supply Chain with the Department of Public Works
Year 2010 to 2019, she worked for the Government as Senior Administrator -Human Resources Management where she was awarded a certificate and recognised by Unit Commander for assisting the Port Elizabeth Unit to achieve the best perfoming status in the Eastern Cape.
Year 2019 she won the Engen-Raizcorp Pitch and Polish competition for Entrepreneurs and represented Eastern Cape Province at Johannesburg as a finalist where she was also trained and equipped for a week in Entrepreneurship by Raizcorp Business Mentors.
Year 2019 she joined Ibhayi Small Business Chamber and was later nominated to be part of the Board of Executives where she was responsible for organising Business breakfasts, Speed marketing and Business networking events.
She also served in church leadership and held different leadership positions and also served on the board of trustees as a National Board member and National Secretary.
Year 2019 attended The Hope Factory and SAICA Development Programme for Entrepreneurs where she was also selected and featured in the Business future of SAICA business article.
Year 2019 was mentored at Raizcorp for Entrepreneur development program.
Year 2019 to 2021, she was running and owning a Recruitment and Training and placement franchise that she had to surrender back to franchise owner due to the Covid-19 impact.
Year 2022 she started Spotless Domestic Workers and Cleaning Services which later grew into Spotless Recruitment and Skills Development Agency.

Barren not cursed-Tears of a childless woman (ISBN-979-8-745-00186-4) which aims to break the stigma associated with being childless, especially in African Countries.
Forty Days, Forty nights daily devotion (ISBN-9798375641539) which helps people to heal talking on different life issues like how to cope with grief, rape, self esteem issues, unforgivenes etc.
She is a founder of Movement called Barren Not Cursed which helps to raise awareness about people who are childless which originate from her own story and book of being childless after 17 years of trying to conceive. This movement aims to break the stigma associated with being barren which is a taboo subject in African Communities. She gives the voice to the voiceless and forgotten group which is childless couples.
She is a Mentor , Life Coach of youth, Girls and Adults who are looking for guidance and helps them with spiritual and holistic development. She worked in different community development programmes collecting food parcels and clothing for disadvantaged communities and was also part of the Women’s Network Program for SAPS.
She was also part of the Vision 4 Women mentoring team in 2018.
She is a Public speaker and Motivational speaker that honours invites as a guest speaker and receives invites to motivate and empower Matriculants and school events to motivate and empower children.
It is cliche, but she is someone who literally takes lemon and makes lemonade out of them. She is very much optimistic and always looks for the silver lining in every storm. She has a contagious personality that influences people to be better versions of themselves.

She has been featured to give expert advice on Domestic Worker issues and how communities must follow guidelines to have good relationship with their home employees and how to comply with Labour laws in different radio stations like Umhlobo Wenene, Tru FM, Bay FM, Kingfisher FM, Rapp Online Radio, Nkqubela FM and Mpumakapa TV and newspapers like The Herald news paper, Daily Sun, BIZ online news papers.
