Virginie Moussa Minda Epse Danwe
Moussa Minda Virginie has eight years’ experience in children’s and youth education, women’s and girls’ issues, and community development. Currently, Minda is a guidance counselor for the Ministry of Secondary Education, where she is focused on pedagogical, psychological, and social coaching. As the head of the school mapping and guidance counseling service department in the Far North Region of Cameroon, Chime, she works on school mapping, provides training to guidance counselors, and helps select students for awards, especially girls involved in science and students with disabilities. Minda is writing a Ph.D. dissertation on education planning and administration at the University of Maroua. aspires to provide more assistance to students in her community, particularly to girls who are victims of kidnapping and terrorism. Upon completion of the Mandela Washington Fellowship, Minda plans to continue her work, focusing her activities on psychological student support and the fight for girls’ and women’s issues.
