Vuyelwa Nyakaza
Prior to founding Sukume, Vuyelwa was the Global Brand Strategist for the MTN Group working across 22 countries in Africa and the Middle East. She was also Marketing Manager at Brand South Africa responsible for leading the development of South Africa’s global brand strategy in the build up to the 2010 FIFA World Cup. She worked closely with the Department of Trade and Industry to position the South African economy and promote South African exports. Vuyelwa built robust classical marketing experience managing Unilever brands in local (South Africa), regional (Africa & Middle East, Turkey) as well as international (Brazil) roles.
