Wairimu Mburu

Wairimu Mburu is the CEO Phyna Consulting. Wairimu is a software engineer with vast experience within software consulting, IT project management and software testing. She has always been interested in entrepreneurship. While working as a consultant in Australia, she first thought of setting up Phyna Consulting. Phyna is a software consulting company specializing in Project Management, Software Development and Software Testing. In operation for about a year, Phyna works with Kenyan clients and to expand to clients in the UK. Having worked on many onshore-offshore based IT projects, Wairimu saw the opportunity for a Kenyan based IT company to sell its products and services to organizations based in the Western world, like the UK and America. Wairimu represent Kenya at the 2016 Global Entrepreneurship Summit.
