Wayne Osborn

Wayne has more than 35 years experience in the Australian mining, resources and manufacturing sectors. He joined Alcoa in 1979 where he worked in a variety of roles and locations across the Australian business, before being appointed Managing Director, Alcoa of Australia in 2001.  He retired from Alcoa of Australia in 2008.

Wayne chairs South32’s remuneration committee and nomination and governance committee. He is also a member of the sustainability committee.
