William Bobie

William Bobie is Chartered Surveyor with over 20 years’ experience in real estate investment management and development in the UK, Ghana and Nigeria. William Bobie is currently the Managing Director of PROPCo, a fully owned real estate investment/development subsidiary of the Volta River Authority in Ghana. William has has held various senior management roles as the CEO of Uraga Real Estate Nigeria, a Honeywell Nigeria Group company, Portfolio/Asset management positions with major real estate investment management institutions in the UK to include Royal & Sun Alliance Property Investment Ltd, F&C Asset Managers and AXA Real Estate Investment Managers Ltd. William is an independent member of the Investment Committee of the UPDC
REIT, Nigeria.
